Your mission
The Sales Enablement Specialist is part of the sales support team and a responsible for helping the sales process flow quicker, better, more efficiently. Central to the specialist’s responsibility is creating compelling proposals that effectively communicate our company's offerings and value to potential clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing, organizational, and project management skills to oversee the proposal development process from inception to submission. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to craft winning proposals that enhance our competitive position and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and objectives, ensuring proposals align with their requirements
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform proposal content
- Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that articulate our value proposition and differentiators
- Manage the proposal development process, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Edit and proofread proposal documents to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal and external standards
- Create proposal templates and libraries of reusable content to streamline the proposal process
- Review and evaluate proposal submissions, ensuring they meet quality standards and strategic goals
- Conduct post-submission analysis to identify areas for improvement in proposal strategies and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and customer preferences to continually enhance proposal strategies
